HANGAROA SURVEY DISTRICT.—ON DEFERRED
PAYMENTS.

Description of Land.—Sections 2, 3, and 4 hilly,
covered with fern, soil light medium quality; 5 and
6 hilly, covered with fern, interspersed with small
patches of bush, soil light; 8, 9, 10, and 11 very
hilly, covered with fern and scrub, small patches of
bush, soil medium quality.

WAIMATA SURVEY DISTRICT.—ON DEFERRED
PAYMENTS.

Description of Land.—Section 69 contains 40 acres
rich swamp land; 73 and 74 part swamp, part pas-
toral land; 78 and 79 contain very little avail-
able timber, pastoral land; 67, pastoral land; 68,
part swamp, remainder pastoral land; 70 contains
about 71 acres of rich swamp land, remainder good
pastoral land, about 3 acres of bush; 75 contains
patches of arable land, the major portion being
pastoral land.

PATUTAHI SURVEY DISTRICT.

Description of Land.—Back portion broken, covered
with fern and tutu, frontage to creek flat, partially
grassed. Waikakariki Stream forms a good cattle
fence; soil very good.

NOTE.—Plans may be seen, and further particulars
of the land obtained, on application at this office, and
at the Survey Office, Gisborne.

Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at time of sale, and the balance within one
month thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-
money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and
the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth
be null and void.

Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of pur-
chase.

Reserve in the Island of Waiheke for Sale by Auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that the reserve made for
public purposes in the Island of Waiheke, and
Parish of Waiheke, and known as Allotment 66, con-
taining 20 acres, has been withdrawn from such re-
servation; and that the said allotment will be offered
for sale by public auction, at this office, at 12 o'clock
noon, on Monday, the 20th day of September next, at
an upset price of £20.
