NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Gisborne, in the District of Poverty Bay, on the 17th day of July next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column, for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to produce them, that the Judge may see and decide according to the wish of the deceased.
