DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
between the undersigned JOHN WILLIAM WEBB
and THOMAS WEBSTER FYFE, in the trade or business
of Cabinetmakers and Furniture Dealers at Timaru,
under the firm of "Webb and, Fyfe," was this day
dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the
business will be carried on by the said Thomas Web-
ster Fife, on his separate account, under the manage-
ment of the said John William Webb, and who will
pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said
partnership in the regular course of trade.

Dated at Timaru, this 14th day of June, 1880.

B. ROBINSON V. W. ROBINSON.

The CREDITORS' TRUSTEE in BANKRUPTCY of the
property of WILLIAM ROBINSON and BERIA ROBIN-
SON, late of Dunsandel, Storekeepers, v. WILLIAM
ROBINSON, Executor of BERIA ROBINSON, late of
Riccarton, deceased, Labourer.

I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facies
, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at the suit of the CREDITORS' TRUSTEE
in BANKRUPTCY of the property of WILLIAM ROBIN-
SON and BERIA ROBINSON, late of Dunsandel, Store-
keepers, Plaintiff, of Christchurch, in the Canterbury
District, I have taken in execution the fee simple of
Beria Robinson, late of Riccarton, deceased, Labourer,
in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.

The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of five per cent.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington; to whom Post Office Money Orders should
be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued,
and, under any circumstances, are subject to a reduction at the
rate of one shilling in the pound.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL IN FUTURE BE INSERTED WITHOUT
PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
