Land Transfer Act Notices.

N OTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case on or before the 26th day of July next.

ROBERT GRAHAM.--Allotments 219, 224, and
part of Allotment 110 of the Parish of Waiwera,
containing 177 acres 2 roods 26 perches, known as
the Waiwera Hot Springs; also parts of the blocks of
land known as Maungatawhoro and Puhoi, contain-
ing 263 acres 1 rood 21 perches. In the occupation
of Applicant. 1489.

JAMES MANSFIELD GELLING.--Allotments 412
67, 98, 109, 157, 225, 248, 346, 366, 488, and 529 of

WILLIAM EARL.--Part of block of land called
or known by the name of Pimiro, and numbered 268x,
situate at Te Ahuahu, in the District of Bay of
Islands, containing 480 acres. In Applicant's occu-
pation. 1584.

Also the block of land called or known by the
name of Orongo, and numbered 1396, situate in the
District of Hauraki, Queen's County, containing 2,099
acres. 1585.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declara
tion of the loss of grant from the Crown to
THOMAS WRIGLEY, of Allotment 50 of Section
1, of the Town of Tauranga, containing 16 perches,
more or less, and being the whole of the land in-
cluded in Vol. ii., folio 117, of the Register-book,
having been filed in this office, and application having
been made for the issue of a provisional certificate
for the same, it is my intention to issue such certifi-
cate, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on
or before the 12th day of July next.

N OTICE is hereby given that THOMAS BU-
CHANAN and CHARLES FRANCE, claim-
ing as Trustees under the will of EDWARD
MILLER, of the City of Wellington, Banker, de-
ceased, have applied to be registered as Proprietors
of that piece of land situated in the said City of
Wellington, containing 17 perches, and being the
land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. ii., folio
68; and that they will be so registered, unless caveat
forbidding the same be lodged on or before the 26th
day of July next.

185, in the Township of Fitzherbert, and proof having
been tendered of the loss of the Land Revenue
Receiver's receipt for said land, and that the same
has not been deposited as security for any loan, I
hereby give notice that the production of said receipt
will be dispensed with, and the said dealing regis-
tered, unless caveat forbidding same be lodged at
this office within fourteen days from the date of
Gazette containing this notice.
