THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.
The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.

combined with Fire-grate, Oven, and Boiler, the
whole to be called and to be known as "The
Zealandia."
EDWARD THOMAS O'CONNELL, Of Dunedin, Otago,
SAMUEL BARMINGHAM, of the same place, and
THOMAS MCCORMACK, of the same place, Iron-
founders, trading under the style or firm of
"Barmingham and Co.," have deposited at this office
a specification of the said invention; and I have
appointed Friday, the 10th September next, at 10
o'clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said
application and all objections thereto; and I require
all persons having an interest in opposing the grant
of such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 6th
September next, at this office, particulars in writing
of their objections to the said application, otherwise
they will be precluded from urging the same.

NAPIER SWAMP NUISANCE ACTS.
TO WILLIAM WHITEHEAD GRANGER GARRETT, Sur-
geon, England, or other the owner of Town Section
No. 255, of the Borough of Napier.
NOTICE is hereby given, under and by virtue of
"The Napier Swamp Nuisance Act, 1875,"
"The Napier Swamp Nuisance Act Continuance
Act, 1877," and "The Napier Swamp Nuisance Acts
Amendment Act, 1879," that unless the sum of
£82, being the actual cost of filling-in and reclaiming
your land, being Town Section No. 255 on the plan
of the Town of Napier, situate in the Napier Town
Swamp, together with interest on the said sum from
the day of the date hereof, at the rate of six pounds
per centum per annum, be paid to the said Corpora-
tion on or before the 24th day of December, 1880,
the said land will, under and by virtue of the pro-
visions of the said Acts, be sold to defray the costs
of such filling-in and reclamation as aforesaid, and
interest as aforesaid.
Dated at the Town Clerk's Office, Napier, this
12th day of June, 1880.

the south side of Pukeamoinga. - The road from Biggs's Corner to Waipaoa Bridge,
and known as the Bridge Road. - The road from Scott's Crossing, Waipaoa River,
to Mangatu.

ELLESMERE BACON-CURING COMPANY.
NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Ellesmere Bacon-
curing Company will be held at James's Doyleston
Hotel, at Doyleston, in the Provincial District of
Canterbury, on the 21st June, 1880, at 8 p.m., for the
purpose of passing the following resolution:---
"That the Ellesmere Bacon-curing Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and, in the event
of passing such resolution, for the purpose of
appointing a Liquidator to wind up the Company."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on by
EDWARD HENRY TATE and THOMAS HALL, under
the firm of "Tate and Hall," at Timaru, in the
business of Licensed Land Brokers and General
Commission Agents, was this day dissolved by mutual
consent.
The business will in future be carried on by
Edward Henry Tate, who will pay and receive all
debts owing from and to the said firm.
