B. ROBINSON V. W. ROBINSON.

The CREDITORS' TRUSTEE in BANKRUPTCY of the
property of WILLIAM ROBINSON and BERIA ROBIN-
SON, late of Dunsandel, Storekeepers, v. WILLIAM
ROBINSON, Executor of BERIA ROBINSON, late of
Riccarton, deceased, Labourer.

I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias
, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at the suit of the CREDITORS' TRUSTEE
in BANKRUPTCY of the property of WILLIAM ROBIN-
SON and BERIA ROBINSON, late of Dunsandel, Store-
keepers, Plaintiff, of Christchurch, in the Canterbury
District, I have taken in execution the fee-simple of
Beria Robinson, late of Riccarton, deceased, Labourer,
in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.

The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.

MEDICAL PRACTITIONER'S REGISTRATION.

To the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages,
Hokitika.

I, JOHN RODGERS, Membar of the Royal Col-
lege of Surgeons of England, Licentiate of the
Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, now
residing at Ross, do hereby give notice that I intend
to apply to you, on the 14th day of March, 1880, to
have my name placed on the Register of Medical
Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I
have deposited diplomas along with this in your
office for public inspection, in terms of the Medical
Practitioners Act.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership ex-
isting between the undersigned, and carried on
under the style of "Glenn Brothers," has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent. The business for
the future will be carried on by the undersigned
William Glenn alone, under the style of "Glenn
Brothers."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
hitherto existing between JOHN JOSEPH MILNER
and ROBERT THOMPSON, of Christchurch, trading as
Music Sellers under the style of "Milner and Thomp-
son," has been dissolved.

All liabilities incurred by the late firm will be
discharged by the aforesaid Robert Thompson, and
all accounts due to the late firm must be paid to the
said Robert Thompson, who will continue the business
under the name or style of Milner and Thompson, as
heretofore.

HEATHCOTE ROAD BOARD.

In the matter of "The Public Works Act, 1876."

N OTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of
the Heathcote Road Board to take certain
land hereinafter described for the purpose of con-
structing a road. All persons affected thereby are
hereby required to set forth in writing any well-
grounded objection to the execution of such works
or the taking of such lands, and to send such objec-
tions, within forty days of the date hereof, to the
Chairman of the Heathcote Road Board.

The land proposed to be taken is delineated on
plan, which may be seen at the Road Board Office,
Ferry Road.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND.

FIVE perches or thereabouts, part of Rural Sec-
tion 29, commencing at the south-east corner of the
said section; thence northerly along the eastern
boundary thereof, and bearing 359° 51' 29", 15.5
links; thence westerly, bearing 269° 49', 206-2 links;
thence southerly, bearing 179° 49', 15.5 links, to
the southern boundary of the said section; and
thence easterly along that boundary to the starting
point.

ROADS DECLARED TO BE COUNTY ROADS.

I HEREBY declare the following roads to be
County Roads:—

The Maungakaramea Road, from Maungakaramea
Wharf to its junction with the Whangarei and Wai-
roa Road, and from where it leaves the Whangarei
and Wairoa Road to the Waionepu River, and from
the Mangapai Post Office to its junction with the
Wharf Road.

Also Mangapai, Ruarangi, and Waikeikei Road,
from the Mangapai Courthouse through Mr. C.
Osborn's property, and through Kauri Forest, and
join county road in Waikeikei Flat.

the Hawke's Bay County Council to take
certain lands hereinafter particularly described for
the purpose of constructing a road; and all persons
affected are hereby requested to set forth in writing
any well-grounded objection to the execution of such
work or to the taking such lands, and to send such
writing within forty days from the date of publication
hereof to the Chairman of the Hawke's Bay County
