I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice
that an increase in capital of the above-named
Company was, on the 21st May, 1880, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing ten
thousand (10,000) new shares of £1 each, in addition
to the shares now existing in the Company.

register the Saint George Quartz-Mining Com-
pany (Limited) as a Limited Company under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Saint George
    Quartz-Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Longwood.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Riverton.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty thousand
    pounds sterling, in twenty thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thousand,
    being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is two shillings and sixpence
    per share.
  8. The name of the Manager is George Osborne Cassels.
