NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, May 20th, 1880.
W HEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 5th day of March, 1880, it was ordered by His Excellency
in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and "The Native
Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Haemeniu Pititi, and others, to succeed to the hereditaments of Te
Waka Kawatini, in a piece of land called Mangateretere West, situate at Mangateretere, in the District of
Hawkes Bay, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 22nd day of July,
1879, at Napier, in the said district, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing
shall take place before the 22nd day of January, 1881.
Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Napier, on the 30th
day of June next for the rehearing of the afore-named claim.

Excellency in Council, under " The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and
"The Native Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Renata Kawe po and others, to a piece of land called
Owhaoko, situate at Patea, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 31st
day of October, 1877, at Porangahau, Hawke's Bay, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such
rehearing shall take place before the 31st day of October, 1880.
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Napier, Hawkes
Bay, on the 30th day of June next, for the rehearing of the above-named claim.
