HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
W HEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the
purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby
temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland described in the Schedule
hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Sche-
dule specified.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, being Lot No. 92, Parish of
Omaha, Pakiri Survey District, Provincial District of
Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 roods.
Bounded towards the North and West by a street,
250 links; towards the East by Allotment No. 93,
400 links; and towards the South-west by a street,
450 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in
the Survey Office, Auckland. As a site for a public
hall.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-eighth day of May,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.

B Y virtue and in pursuance of the power and
authority vested in me by the fourth and sixth
sections of "The Licensing Act 1873 Amendment
Act, 1874," and of all other powers in that behalf
enabling me, I, Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby appoint the persons named in the second
column of the Schedule hereto to be Members of the
Licensing Courts for the licensing districts named
in the first column of the said Schedule; and the said
persons shall, with the respective Chairmen, form the
Licensing Courts for the said districts. And I do
further hereby declare that three members of each
such Licensing Court (inclusive of the Chairman of
such Court) shall form a quorum thereof.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-ninth day of May,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
