THE CREDITORS' TRUSTEE IN ESTATE OF W. AND
B. ROBINSON v. W. ROBINSON.

The CREDITORS' TRUSTEE in BANKRUPTCY of the
property of WILLIAM ROBINSON and BERIA ROBIN-
SON, late of Dunsandel, Storekeepers, v. WILLIAM
ROBINSON, Executor of BERIA ROBINSON, late of
Riccarton, deceased, Labourer.

I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias
, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at the suit of the CREDITORS' TRUSTEE
in BANKRUPTCY of the property of WILLIAM ROBIN-
SON and BERIA ROBINSON, late of Dunsandel, Store-
keepers, Plaintiff, of Christchurch, in the Canterbury
District, I have taken in execution the fee-simple of
Beria Robinson, late of Riccarton, deceased, Labourer,
in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.

The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE CERTAIN LANDS
IN THE TOWNSHIP OF DARGAVILLE, IN THE
COUNTY OF HOBSON, FOR THE FORMATION OF
COUNTY ROADS.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under
the provisions of "The Public Works Act,
1876," to execute certain public works, to wit, the
construction of certain county roads in the County
of Hobson, and for the purposes of such public
works the lands now known as the Hokianga Road,
situate in the Township of Dargaville, in the said
county, and the lands known as Victoria Street, in
the said township, as described in the Schedule hereto,
are required to be taken.

And notice is also given that the plans of the lands
so required to be taken are deposited, by direction of
the Minister for Public Works, in the Post Office in
the said Township of Dargaville, the said lands not
being in any road district, and the said plans are
there open for inspection by all persons at all reason-
able hours.

And notice is hereby further given that all per-
sons affected by the execution of the said public
works or by the taking of the said lands shall,
if they have any well-grounded objections to the
execution of the said public works or to the taking
of such lands, set forth the same in writing, within
forty days from the first publication of this notice, to
the County Council of the aforesaid County of
Hobson.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 1 rood 12 perches, more or less,
situate in the Survey District of Kaihu, Town of
Dargaville, Provincial District of Auckland, com-
mencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment
No. 1. Bounded-North-westerly by a line, 137 links;
thence North-easterly by a line, 260 links; thence

South-easterly by the Wairoa River, 136 links;
thence South-westerly to commencing point by a
line, 220 links.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 19 perches, more or
less, situate in the Survey District of Kaihu, Town
of Dargaville, Provincial District of Auckland, com-
mencing at a point distant from the southernmost
corner of Allotment No. 201, 200 links. Bounded-
Westerly by a line, 80 links; thence generally South-
easterly by the Kaihu Creek, the Wairoa River, and
by lines, 1380, 75, 1293, 100, and 1640 links respec-
tively; thence North-easterly by a line, 104 links;
thence generally North-westerly by lines to com-
mencing point, 1630, 100, 1342, 150, 250, and 866
links respectively.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 5 acres and 30 perches, more or less,
situate in the Survey District of Kaihu, Town of
Dargaville, Provincial District of Auckland, com-
mencing at the easternmost corner of Allotment No.
80. Bounded-Generally South-westerly by lines,
2945 and 965 links respectively; thence Northerly
by a line, 180 links; thence generally North-easterly
by lines, 830 and 2900 links respectively; thence
South-easterly by a line to commencing point, 137
links.

NOTICE TO THE TREASURY.

NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 26th day
of April, 1880, GEORGE ROWLEY, of West-
port, Contractor, filed, in the District Court of West-
land, holden at Westport, a declaration that he was
unable to meet his engagements with his creditors,
notice whereof was gazetted the same day; that the
creditors, at their meeting on the 3rd day of May,
elected John Rogers Fraser, of Westport, Accountant,
Trustee of the said estate; that the said John Rogers
Fraser accepted the office, and that his appointment
was duly gazetted.

NOTICE is hereby given that his Honor the
Chief Justice has fixed Friday, the 28th day of
May, 1880, at his Chambers, Supreme Court, Wel-
lington, as the time and place for the appointment,
by order of Court, of an Official Liquidator of the
above-named Company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between S. J.
THOMPSON and J. C. THOMPSON, General Store-
keepers, Feilding, has been this day dissolved by
mutual consent. The business will be carried on as
heretofore by S. J. Thompson, under the name of
"Thompson Bros."
