NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims advertised on the 25th of February, 1880, to be heard at
Maketu, on the 31st of March, 1880, the hearing of which was postponed, will be adjudicated upon
at the place aforenamed on the 1st of June next.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a Court fixed to be holden at Maketu, on the 1st day of June
next, the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are
mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which
the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in
the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated.

| Te Tutere Ngairo, Te Reiti Puao, Irihana Ngaota, Matene Whakaawe, Raiha Puao Matene, Mihi Matene Kaumoana, Ngawiki Puao, Te Haimona Rewiri, Reweti Rewiri, and Rewiri Manuariki | Te Karuotewhenua, near Maketu Pa | The boundaries commence at the front of the Paraki-hipi House, goes along by the fence and join Wi Hoete's fence, and thence to a certain wall, then turn towards the East and go to the eastern end of that fence, thence towards the North-west to a survey peg, thence towards the West to the former site of a house called Te Wapereki, turn then towards the South and go to a certain stone, one of the ancient boundaries, turn towards the West and go to another stone, also an ancient boundary, then go inland southward and on to a gate called Tamakari, turn then towards the East and join the commencement of the boundaries at the Paraki-hipi House, where it ends | The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Maketu. |
