The Commissioner shall give not less than one
calendar month's public notice in every property
assessment district of the time and place at which
all persons shall be required to furnish statements of
all real and personal property belonging to them.
Every such notice shall be in the form set forth
in the Second Schedule, or to the like effect. -
The several forms of statements of real and
personal property set forth in the Third Schedule,
and marked respectively 2 and 3, are hereby pre-
scribed as the forms to be prepared and delivered by
every person required by the said Act to furnish
such statements.
The form marked 2 is the form of statement
prescribed for the description, situation, and
value of real property of every kind, and of
all mortgages, encumbrances, and charges
secured thereon.
The form marked 3 is the form of statement
prescribed for the description, situation, and
value of all personal property of every kind,
and of all mortgages, encumbrances, and
charges secured thereon, or which may be
owing by or payable in any manner to the
person making the statement, and of all debts
owing by such person, for which he claims a
deduction.
- Every company shall furnish the statements
required under the said Act on or before the thirtieth
day of June next.
The form set forth in the Fourth Schedule,
together with the forms marked 2 and 3
in the Third Schedule, are the forms of state-
ments prescribed to be furnished by every
company.
The forms No. 2 and 3 may be adapted by the
Public Officer of a company, so as to meet
the circumstances of the particular company
he represents, and give effect to the Act.

AND OTHER PERSONS EMPLOYED UNDER "THE PROPERTY
