The several parcels of land, being situated in the
Town of Blenheim, Provincial District of Marl-
borough, Colony of New Zealand, are more parti-
cularly delineated upon the plan P.W.D., 7489, de-
posited in the office of the Minister for Public
Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District
of Wellington, Colony of New Zealand.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation issued under the
authority of sections one hundred and twenty-
two, one hundred and twenty-three, and one hun-
dred and twenty-four of "The Public Works Act,
1876," the middle line of a portion of the rail-
way from Whangarei to Kamo, being one of the
railways specified in "The Immigration and Public
Works Appropriation Act, 1878," was defined: And
