Trustees appointed for Maintenance of Lumsden
Public Cemetery.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
Andrew Wilson. LUMSDEN.
Thomas Menzie. All that parcel of land in the South-
Thomas McMath. land Division of the Provincial District of
Frederick Hill. Otago, containing by admeasurement 5
John Pickens. acres, more or less, being Section No. 241B
on the map of the Hokonui Survey Dis-
trict. Bounded towards the North-east
by a public road, 793 links; on the East
by Section No. 321 of aforesaid district,
527.9 links; on the South by Section
No. 4, Block II., of the Township of
South Lumsden, 700-2 links; and on the
West by a public road, and by Section
No. 3, Block I., of aforesaid township,
900-5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated
on the official maps in the Survey Office,
Invercargill.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twentieth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty.

Public Cemetery.

thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

Henry Templeton. All that parcel of land in the Pro-
John Hunter. vincial District of Otago, containing by
Donald A. Tolmie. admeasurement 10 acres and 28 perches,
William Nelson. more or less, situate in the Waikaka
District, and being Section No. 15, Block
X., on the map of the said district.
Bounded towards the North by Section
No. 6 of same block, 1603 links; towards
the South-east by a road-line, 800 links;
towards the South by Section No. 7 of
same block, 1244 links; towards the
West by said Section No. 7, 7149 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this seventeenth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty.

Vaccination Stations appointed for Stewart Island, Te Awamutu, and Waikouaiti Districts.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several places mentioned in the
second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be places at which Public Vaccinators appointed for the
respective districts mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall attend for the performance of
vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that each such Public Vaccinator
will attend at the respective places aforesaid, for the purpose of performing such vaccination, on the days
and at the hours set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite the name of each such place;
and, further, that at each such place as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator will attend for the purpose of
inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the persons so vaccinated on the days and at the hours
respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name of each such place.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventeenth day of December,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.

Te Awamutu ... ... The surgery of Dr. Blunden, Te Awamutu First and second Mondays in each month, from 10 a.m. until noon First and second Mondays in each month, from 10 a.m. until noon.
Waikouaiti ... ... The residence of Dr. Mackenzie, Beach Street, Waikouaiti First Wednesday in each month, from 9 a.m. until noon First Wednesday in each month, from 9 a.m. until noon.
