SCHEDULE,
GENERAL DESCRIPTION.---The road commences at a
point thirteen hundred and eighty-one and eight-
tenths (1381-8) links due west of south-east corner
of Section 13, Block III., Awamoko District; thence
extending due east about 27 chains through said
Section 13, Block III., and Section 13, Block II., of
the Awamoko District; thence extending generally
northerly about 78 chains through Section 13, Block
II., and Sections 29 and 14, Block III., and again
through Section 13, Block II., all of the Awamoko
District, terminating at south end of street-line in
Township of Blackpoint; the same being delineated
on plan deposited as aforesaid.
Dated at Oamaru, this 25th day of November, 1880.

PUBLIC POUND ESTABLISHED.
THE Borough Council of the City of Wellington
hereby give notice that a Public Pound has been
established in the north-east corner of the Mount
Cook Barrack Reserve, adjoining Buckle Street; and
that JOHN DORAN has been appointed Poundkeeper.

diploma with the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and
Marriages, Hokitika, and that I intend to apply to

Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand on the
1st January, 1881.

MEDICAL PRACTITIONER'S REGISTRATION.
I, WILLIAM FREDERICK MOORE, of Christ-
church, B.A. Cantab., L.R.C.P. Edin., L.M.,
hereby give notice that I have this day deposited my
diplomas with the Registrar of the Christchurch
District, and that I intend to apply to be registered
under the New Zealand Medical Act in one month
from date thereof.

HARE V. WALKER AND ANOTHER.
I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at the
suit of JOHN HARE, of Invercargill, in the Colony of
New Zealand, Merchant, I have taken in execution
the equity of redemption of JAMES WALKER, of
Invercargill aforesaid, Bricklayer, and JANE WALKER,
his wife, in all that parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, situated in the
Town of Invercargill, and being Section 16, Block
XXXII., thereof; bounded on the North by Section
of the said block, 100 links; on the East by Sec-
tion 15 of said block, 250 links; on the South by
Ettrick Street, 100 links; and on the West by Sec-
tion 17 of said block, 250 links; and being the land
comprised in certificate of title entered in the
Register-book at Invercargill, Vol. xii., folio 234;
together with the buildings and erections thereon:
and that I intend to cause the same to be sold at the
auction-rooms of John Robert Cuthbertson, at Inver-
cargill, on Friday, the 17th day of December, 1880,
at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the said judg-
ment shall have been previously satisfied.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditors is Mr.
P. T. Finn, of Esk Street, Invercargill.
