Mining Notices.

RICHMOND HILL MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

A meeting of the Shareholders of the above
Company, held on the 3rd November instant, the
following resolution, passed at a meeting on the
22nd September last, was duly confirmed: "That the
Richmond Hill Mining Company (Limited) be
wound-up voluntarily."

Mr. HENRY DOUGLAS JACKSON, of Trafalgar Street,
Nelson, was appointed Liquidator.

Company has been removed to the office of Mr.
Joseph Lyle, Palmerston Street, Riverton; and that
Mr. JOSEPH LYLE has been appointed Legal Manager,
in the place of Mr. Lewis F. Clapp.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Langdon's Extended Quartz-
Mining Company (Limited) as a Limited Company
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be Langdon's Extended
    Quartz-Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at Langdon's Creek,
    Paparoa Ranges, in the Grey Valley, in the County of Grey.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Greymouth.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is forty-two thousand
    pounds, in forty-two thousand shares of one pound each; and
    the amount to be deemed to be paid up shall be thirty-one
    thousand eight hundred pounds, or fifteen shillings per share
    on forty thousand shares, and eighteen shillings per share on
    two thousand shares.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is forty thousand
    five hundred, being not less than two-thirds of the entire
    number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is thirty-one thousand eight
    hundred pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is George William Moss.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
