A GNES GRACE, Widow, and THOMAS SAMUEL
GRACE, the Younger, both of Tauranga,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, Trustees and
Executors of the will of THOMAS SAMUEL GRACE, late
of Tauranga aforesaid, Clerk in Holy Orders, deceased,
claiming an estate of freehold in the lands of the
said Thomas Samuel Grace, deceased, having made
application to be registered as Proprietors of an
estate in fee-simple in all those pieces of land situated
in the Parish of Te Papa, Cook's County, containing
1 rood 6 perches, more or less, being Allotment 262 of
Section 1, Town of Tauranga, the whole of the land

folios 82, 85, and 86, and Vol. xviii., folio 28, of the
Register-book; also in all those pieces of land situated
in the Parish of Te Papa aforesaid, containing 54
acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less, being Allot-
ments 34, 35, 36, 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48, of the Suburbs
of Tauranga, being the whole of the land comprised
in Vol iv., folio 76, of the Register-book; also all
that piece of land situated in the Parish of Te Papa
aforesaid, containing 1 acre, being Allotment 46 of
the Town of Greerton, the whole of the land com-
prised in Vol. xv., folio 56, of the Register-book;
also in all those pieces of land situated in the Parish
of Te Papa, containing 304 acres, more or less, being
Allotments 227, 309, 310, 316, 317, 318, 319, and 325,
being the whole of the land comprised in Vol. ii.,
folios 125 and 169, Vol. xii., folio 154, and Vol. xv.,
folios 54 and 247, of the Register-book: Notice is
hereby given that the applicants will be be registered
accordingly, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the
same on or before the 28th day of December next.

R ICHARD DAVID MANEY, of Wairoa, Hawke's
Bay, Sheepfarmer, having made a statutory
declaration of the loss of grant (Vol. iv., folio 151)
of Rural Sections 121 and 134, Pohui Bush, Hawke's
Bay, I hereby give notice that I shall, at the expira-
tion of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette
containing this notice, issue to the said Richard
David Maney a provisional certificate for the said
lands, unless caveat be lodged at this office in the
meantime.
