ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
tenth day of November, 1880.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS certain plans of a wharf to be erected
at Maungakaramea, Whangarei Har-
bour, have been submitted by the Whangarei Harbour
Board for the approval of the Governor in Council,
in accordance with the provisions of "The Harbours
Act, 1878;" and it having been made to appear to the
Governor in Council that the said wharf will not be
or tend to the injury of navigation:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and Consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, doth hereby approve of
plans of a wharf to be erected at Maungakaramea,
Mangapai, Whangarei Harbour, as shown on plans
marked M.D. 435, 436, and 437; the said plans being
deposited in the office of the Marine Department,
Wellington.

Boundaries of Vincent Rabbit District altered.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of November, 1880.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in
the Governor by "The Rabbit Nuisance Act,
1880," His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by
and with the advice of the Executive Council of
the said colony, doth hereby order and declare
that the boundaries of the Vincent Rabbit
District, County of Vincent, shall, from the date
hereof, be those defined in the Schedule hereto,
instead of those defined in an Order in Council
dated the eighth day of November, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-nine.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
bounded towards the North by the summit of the
Southern Alps, from Mount Alba to Mount Ward;
thence towards the East by the summit of a range
over Longslip Hill through Lindis Pass to Mount
St. Bathans; thence by a right line to a peak near
Dunstan Pass, and along the summit of Dunstan
Mountains to Lauder Creek; thence by that creek
to Manuhorikia River, and by that river and Ida
Burn; thence along the south-western boundary of
Run No. 225 to the Roughridge Range, following
that range to North Roughridge Hill; thence by a
right line to South Roughridge Hill, and following a
leading ridge to Lammerlaw; towards the South by
the summit of Lammerlaw and Knobby Ranges to a
point due east of Rocky Mount; thence towards the
South by a line due west to and across the Clutha
River; again towards the East by the said river to a
point due West of the northern boundary of the Town
of Roxburgh; thence towards the South by a
line due west to Benger Commonage; and by the
eastern and northern boundaries of said commonage
and the last-mentioned boundary produced, to the
summit of the western watershed of the Nokomni
River; and towards the West by that watershed and
the summit of the Hector Mountains to Double
Cone; thence along the summit of a leading ridge to
the Kawarau River, near the confluence of the Nevis;
thence by the centre of the Kawarau to the Kirtle-
burn, by Kirtleburn to its source; thence by a right
line to Mount Pisa; thence by a right line to the
south-eastern corner of Block L, Lower Wanaka
Survey District; thence north and west along the
eastern and northern boundaries of the said block to
Cardrona River; thence due north through Trig.
Station C, Mount Iron, to the Clutha River; thence
by the left bank of that river and the eastern shore
of Lake Wanaka to the Makarora River; by the
centre of that river to the confluence of the Wilken,
by the centre of that river to the foot of a spur, by
that spur over Mount Kuri, in a north-westerly direc-
tion, to Mount Alba, the starting point.

Boundaries of Hokonui Rabbit District, County of
Southland, altered.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
sixteenth day of November, 1880.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in
the Governor by "The Rabbit Nuisance Act,
1880," His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and
with the advice of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby order and declare that the
boundaries of the Hokonui Rabbit District shall
from the date hereof be those described in the
Schedule hereto, instead of those defined in a Pro-
clamation dated the sixteenth day of September,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
bounded towards the North-west by the Irthing
Stream, thence by the main road to the Paiherewao,
thence by the Paiherewao to the Mataura, thence
towards north-east and east by the Mataura River to
the north boundary of the Lindhurst Hundred;
towards the South by the said hundred; towards the
West by the Forest Hill Hundred; again towards the
