NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the
12th of August next, and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names
appear in the first column to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased whose names appear in the
second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the deceased owners have left a will, those claiming to succeed should be careful to produce
such will in Court, for the information and guidance of the Judge in deciding according to the intention of
the deceased.

whenua kei te rarangi tuatoru.
Mehemea kua tuhituhia Pukapuka Wira e te tangata mate i tona oranga, ma te kaitono e kawe mai
taua Wira ki te Kooti, kia kite te Kaiwhakawa, kia tau tika ai te whenua i runga i te hiahia o te tangata
mate.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Kaihu, in the District of Kaipara,
on the 12th day of August next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names
appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the
pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the
third column.
