NOTICE is hereby given that a report has reached
this office intimating the existence of a shoal patch,
having a radius of about one-half mile, with four
fathoms of water over it.

GULF OF ST. VINCENT.—CHANNEL LEADING TO
PORT ADELAIDE.
NOTICE is hereby given that, on or about the 15th
day of July, 1879, thirteen gas lights will be exhibited,
between sunset and sunrise, from beacons which have
been erected on the most prominent points of the
channel leading to Port Adelaide. They should be
left on the starboard hand entering from seaward.
Further particulars will be furnished in due course.
