Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and autho-
rities vested in me by the second section of "The
Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified
in the second column of the said Schedule.

Port for the Importation of Tobacco.

IN exercise of the power in me for this purpose
vested by "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858,"
I, Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint that the Port of Foxton shall be a ware-
housing port for the purposes of "The Customs
Regulation Act, 1858," and do hereby approve of the
same as a port for the importation of tobacco.
