Trustees appointed for Maintenance of Raglan
Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and autho-
rities vested in me by the second section of "The
Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified
in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land, containing 2 acres
and 16 perches, being Lots 6 and 7 of
Section 13, Town of Raglan, Parish of
Whaingaroa, in the Survey District of
Karioi, Provincial District of Auckland.
Bounded towards the North-west by
Lot 5, 504 links; towards the North-east
by East Street, 400 links; towards the
South-east by Lots 8 and 9, 520 links;
and towards the South-west by Lots 10
and 12, 406 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less. |

authorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Hercule George Robert Robinson, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to pro-
vide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial
District of Wellington, containing by
admeasurement three (3) acres and
thirty-eight (38) perches, more or less,
being portion of Block III., Rangitikei
District. Bounded towards the West
and North by other portion of Block
III., five hundred and sixty-five (565)
links and eleven hundred and eighty
(1180) links respectively; and towards
the South by a cliff of the Rangitikei
River, thirteen hundred (1300) links. |

Port for the Importation of Tobacco.

IN exercise of the power in me for this purpose
vested by "The Customs Regulation Act, 1858,"
I, Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint that the Port of Foxton shall be a ware-
housing port for the purposes of "The Customs
Regulation Act, 1858," and do hereby approve of the
same as a port for the importation of tobacco.
