case within one calendar month from date of publi-

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM ST.
PAUL GELLIBRAND and WALTER ANGUS
BETHUNE GELLIBRAND, both of the Colony of
Tasmania, Esquires, and ISABELLA LING, formerly
Wife of THOMAS LLOYD GELLIBRAND, late of the
Ouse, in Tasmania aforesaid, deceased, now the Wife
of EDWARD CLAYTON LING, of Saxmundham, in the
County of Suffolk, England, Devisees under the
Will and Codicil of the said Thomas Lloyd Gelli-
brand, deceased, have applied to be registered as
Proprietors in fee-simple of one equal undivided
third part of Sections 19, 20, 1 of 21, 2 of 21, and
22, Block I., Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, Block IX., Sections

William St. Paul Gellibrand, Walter Angus Bethune
Gellibrand, and Isabella Ling will be registered as
such proprietors, unless caveat be lodged at this
office forbidding same within one calendar month
from the date of gazetting this notice.

the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"

before the 11th day of August next.

urban Section 17, Wanganui, fronting 100 links on
Campbell Street, with a depth of 250 links. The
north-western boundary being parallel to and distant

OTAGO DAILY TIMES AND WITNESS COMPANY
(LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting
of the Shareholders of the Otago Daily Times
and Witness Company (Limited) will be held in the
Temperance (Lower) Hall, in Dunedin, on Wed-
nesday, the 6th day of August, 1879, at 3 o'clock
in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an
account laid before them by the Liquidators, showing
the manner in which the winding up of the said
Company has been conducted and its property dis-
posed of, and of hearing such explanations as may be
given by the Liquidators.

LINDHURST ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Lindhurst Road
Board propose to take, for the purposes of a
road, those belts or strips of land described in the
following schedules :-
No. 1. That belt or strip of land, 1 chain in breadth,
commencing at a point 1045 links north of south-
west corner of Section 25, Block IX., Invercargill
Hundred; thence in an easterly and north-easterly
direction, through Sections 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20,
Block IX., Invercargill Hundred.
No. 2. That belt or strip of land, 1 chain in breadth,
from off the western boundary of the Education
Reserve, Block VI., Invercargill Hundred; thence
from off the northern boundary, until it joins the
street in Longbush Township, known as Milford
Street.
Plans and detailed descriptions of the said belts or
strips of land are deposited at the office of the Board,
Longbush; and notice is hereby given to all persons
affected, to set forth in writing any well-grounded
objections to the taking of said land for said pur-
pose, and to send such writing within forty days
from this date to the office of the Board, Longbush.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

THIS is to give notice that the Partnership hitherto
existing between THOMAS TUDHOPE and WIL-
LIAM HENDRY, trading in Oamaru under the style of
"Tudhope and Hendry," Cabinetmakers, has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent. The business
will be carried on in future by William Hendry. All
moneys due to the late firm to be paid to either
Thomas Tudhope or William Hendry.
