LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that RICHARD
GILLET, of Hamilton, Waikato, Farmer, and
JOHN ANDERSON, of Christchurch, Iron-founder,
claiming as Trustees of the real estate of JOHN
SMITH, late of Southbridge, Farmer, deceased, have
applied to be registered as Proprietors of 68 acres 3
roods 5 perches, part of Rural Section No. 7172, Elles-
mere District; 52 acres, Rural Section No. 6945,
Ellesmere District; 2 acres 2 roods, parts of Rural
Sections Nos. 3344 and 4041, Ellesmere District; and
21 acres 27 perches, part of Rural Section No. 7111,
Ellesmere District; as comprised in certificates of
title, Vol. i., folio 277; Vol. v., folio 77; Vol. xiv., folio
90; and Vol. xxvii, folio 248; and that they will
be so registered, unless caveat forbidding the same be
lodged within one month after the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
