SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land, containing 1 acre and 35
perches, being Lot 301a in the Town of Hamilton
East, Parish of Kirikiriroa, in the Hamilton Survey
District, Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded
on the North-east by Lot 301, 250 links; on the
South-east by Lot 302, 189 links; on the South by
Grey Street, 140 and 218 links; and on the North-
west by Albert Street, 225 links. As a site for a
police station.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-second day of
June, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.

WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the
purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, in exercise and pursuance of the powers
and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby
temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland described in the Schedule
hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Sche-
dule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land, being the western portion
of Lot 37, Suburbs of Mangere, Otahuhu Survey
District, Provincial District of Auckland, containing,
by admeasurement four (4) acres. Bounded towards
the North by Lot 35, five hundred and seventeen
(517) links; towards the East by eastern portion of
Lot 37, six hundred and fifty (650) links; towards
the South by a road, five hundred and seventy (570)
links; and towards the West by a road, nine hundred
(900) links. As a site for a school and teacher's
residence.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-second day of June,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.

and one-half (91) links; towards the East by Cliff
Road, one hundred and seventy-five (175) links;
towards the South by Monmouth Street, ninety-one
and one-half (91) links; and towards the West by
Lot 303, one hundred and seventy-five (175) links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For the
use of the Ngatirangiwewehi tribe.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-second day of June,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-

(1) rood thirty (30) perches, more or less. Bounded
North-eastward and North-westward by Reserve 1710
(in red); South-westward by Cox Street; and South-
ortheastward by Grigg Street: and numbered 2410 (in
red) on the official map in the Provincial District
Survey Office, Christchurch. For a site for a
hospital.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-fourth day of June,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.
