MEMORANDUM OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNER-
SHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between the
undersigned, ALFRED WILLIAM ENSOR and
CHARLES MICHAEL SMITH, at Milford, near Te-
muka, in the County of Geraldine, as Farmers,
Sheepfarmers, and in the Boiling-down Establish-
ment, at Milford aforesaid, has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the 1st day of April, 1879.
All debts due to and by the partnership firm will be
received and paid by the said Alfred William Ensor,
who will continue the business as heretofore.

hitherto existing between the undersigned, in
the business of Bottlers, Wine and Spirit Merchants,
at Bull's, in the Provincial District of Wellington,
has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and
all debts owing to the firm must be paid to, and all
liabilities of the firm will be paid by, the undersigned,
Frank Pringle.
The business will be carried on by the said Frank
Pringle as heretofore.
