Season for Shooting, &c., Imported Game in Nelson.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by "The Protection of Animals Act,
1873," and by "The Abolition of Provinces Act,
1875," and in exercise of every other power enabling
me in that behalf, I, Hercules George Robert Robin-
son, Administrator of the Government of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
cock pheasants, hares, and Californian quail shall be
open to be hunted, shot, taken, or killed, within
the Counties of Collingwood, Waimea, and Buller,
between the nineteenth day of May, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-nine, and the thirty-first
day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine, but only between the hours of sunrise and
sunset.
Given under the hand of His Excellency

Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distin-
guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint
George, Administrator of the Govern-
ment in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies;
and issued under the Seal of the said

April, in the year of our Lord one thou-
sand eight hundred and seventy-nine.
