"The Napier Swamp Nuisance Act Continuance Act,
1877," that, unless the sum of three hundred and
ninety pounds nineteen shillings (Β£390 19s.), being
the actual cost of filling in and reclaiming your land,
being Town Section No. 359 on the plan of the Town
of Napier, situate in the Napier Town Swamp, to-
gether with interest on the said sum from the day of
the date hereof, at the rate of six pounds per centum
per annum, be paid to the said Corporation on or
before the 3rd day of October, 1879, the said land
will, under and by virtue of the provisons of the said
Acts, be sold to defray the cost of such filling in and
reclamation as aforesaid, and interest as aforesaid.
Dated at the Town Clerk's Office, Napier, this
twenty-sixth day of March, 1879.

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING.
NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
above Company will be held at the offices of the above
Company, corner of Lambton Quay and Waring
Taylor Street, Wellington, on Friday, the 18th
April, 1879, at 4 o'clock p.m., at which the following
special resolution will be proposed :-
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and
that liquidators be appointed for the purpose of such
winding up."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between CHARLES
MOIR and JAMES G. MOIR, trading under the
style or firm of "Moir and Son," Leather Merchants,
Oamaru, has this day been dissolved by mutual
consent. All debts due by the late firm will be paid
by James G. Moir, and all moneys owing will be
received by the said James G. Moir, who will continue
the business under the style of Moir and Son.

WILLIAM HAGAN and ALEXANDER BROWN, as Hotel-
keepers, at Barr Hill, in the County of Ashburton,
under the firm of "Hagan and Brown," has been
dissolved by mutual consent, so far as relates to the
said William Hagan. The business will henceforth
be carried on by the said Alexander Brown. All
