DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between us, the under-
signed, PAUL NORTHEY and EDWARD MCKENZIE,
carrying on business as "Northey and McKenzie,"
in High Street, in the City of Christchurch, as
Drapers, was dissolved by mutual consent on the
10th day of March instant. The business will in
future be carried on by the said Paul Northey, on
his own account, and he will pay all debts due by,
and receive all sums due to, the late firm.

branch of the Eweburn Creek, opposite Mr. Pack-
man's Farm, and terminating on my farm, Eweburn.
The length of such race is twelve chains, or there-
abouts, and its intended course is west and east.
The mean depth of such race is one foot, and the
mean breadth one foot, and it is proposed to divert
one Government-head of water; and I estimate that
two months will be required for its construction, and
I apply for a term of fifteen years.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned
JAMES HOLT and FLORENCE MCCARTHY, as Press
Telegraph Agents, under the name of "The Press
Telegraph Agency," has been dissolved, as from the
first day of April, 1879, by mutual consent. The
business will in future be carried on by Mr.
McCarthy, under the style of "The Press Tele-
graph Agency," as heretofore, but on his own sole
account. All liabilities due by the late firm will
be discharged by, and all moneys due to the late
firm must be paid to, Mr. McCarthy, whose receipt
will be a sufficient discharge thereof.

I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri

, duly issued out of the Supreme Court at
the suit of RICHARD JOHN DUNCAN, of the City of
Wellington, Auctioneer, I have taken in execution
the fee-simple of MORTON QUIN in all that piece or
parcel of land being portion of Suburban Sections
numbered 67 and 68 on the plan of the Township of
Fitzherbert, and being Allotments Nos. 1 and 2 on
the plan deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar of Wellington, No. 12; and that I intend
to cause the same to be sold by public auction, at the
rooms of Messrs. Laery and Campbell, in the City of
Wellington, on the 7th day of July, 1879, at 2 o'clock
in the afternoon.

carrying on business together under the style or
firm of "Ballin Brothers," of Upper Queen Street,
Auckland, as Aërated Water and Cordial Manufac-
turers, has this day been dissolved by mutual con-
sent, and the business will in future be carried on
by Claus Joachim Ratjen, under the style of
"Ballin Brothers," at Upper Queen Street, afore-
said, who is authorized to collect all debts due to
the late firm.

and erections thereon. And also all the leasehold
