Bounded to- wards the North by a line one hundred (100) feet from high water mark, eight hundred and sixteen (816) links; towards the East and South-east by part of the same reserve, twenty nine hundred and eighteen (2918) links and thir- teen hundred and sixty-five (1365) links; towards the South by part of the same reserve, two hundred and twenty four (224) links and six hundred and one (601) links; and towards the South-west and West by part of the same re- serve, fifteen hundred and forty-five (1545) links, and the Barrett Road, twenty nine hundred and sixty-five (2965) links. | All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing one (1) acre and eight (8) perches, more or less, being part of the piece of land known as the Prison Reserve, formerly part of Native Reserve No. 1, Fitzroy District, situate in Block 4 of the Paritutu Sur- vey District. Bounded to- wards the North by other part of the said Prison Re- serve, one thousand and twenty-eight (1028) links; towards the East by Native Reserve No. 1, one hundred and forty-one (141) links; towards the South by other part of the said Prison Re- serve, one thousand and sixty-seven (1067) links; and towards the West by Barrett Road, one hundred and seventeen (117) links. | For a public highway. |

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in
me by "The Hutt County Offices Site Act,
1877," I, Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson,
the Administrator of the Government of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby order and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same is hereby reserved as a site for public
offices and buildings for the use of the Hutt County
and the Council thereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land containing by admeasurement
one rood, more or less, and being portion of Section
No. 20, formerly Native land, on the plan of the Hutt
District, Provincial District of Wellington, Colony of
New Zealand: Commencing eight hundred and forty-
two (842) links south-west from the northern
boundary of Section No. 20 aforesaid, where the
public road intersects the said boundary on the
eastern side of the said public road leading from
Wellington to the Hutt; thence following that road
in a southerly direction for a distance of one
hundred and seventy-two (172) links or thereabouts;
thence in a westerly direction, one hundred and
seventy-five (175) links or thereabouts; thence in a
north-easterly direction, one hundred and seventy-
two (172) links or thereabouts; thence in an easterly
direction, one hundred and seventy-five (175) links
or thereabouts, to starting point on public road.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
first day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-nine.

Vaccination Places for Waiuku District appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the several places mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be places at which Public
Vaccinators appointed for the respective districts mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall
attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that
each such Public Vaccinator will attend at the respective places aforesaid, for the purpose of performing
such vaccination, on the days and at the hours set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite
the name of each such place; and further that at each such place as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator
will attend for the purpose of inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the persons so vaccinated on the
days and at the hours respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name
of each such place.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this third day
of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.
