LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that all that piece of
land, containing 8 acres 1 rood 34 perches,
situated in the District of the Lyell, being Section
numbered 6 on Square 139 of the plan of the Pro-
vincial District of Nelson, comprised in a grant from
the Crown, and registered as No. 1a, 89, excepting
thereout 8 perches transferred to Her Majesty the
Queen, and contained in Certificate of Title, Vol. i. c,
folio 511; and all that other piece of land, contain-
ing 113 acres 7 perches, situated in the said District
of the Lyell, being Section numbered 7 on Square
139 on the said plan of the Provincial District of
Nelson, and comprised in the Provisional Register of
the Nelson District, on folio 933, are offered for sale.

And further that, unless within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice a
sufficient amount shall have been realized by the
sale of the said land to satisfy the principal money
and interest due on certain memoranda of mortgage,
registered at the District Land Registry at Nelson
as numbers 36 and 469, and incidental expenses, an
order will be issued by me, pursuant to the 127th
section of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," fore-
closing the rights of the mortgagor to redeem the

NOTICE is hereby given that ELIZA ROBERTS,
of Lawrence, Widow, claiming as Devisee under
the Will of JOHN CHRISTOPHER ROBERTS, late of
Lawrence, Hotelkeeper, deceased, has made applica-
tion to the District Land Registrar of the District of
Otago to be registered as Proprietor in fee-
simple of Sections 13 and 14, Block XLI., Town of
Lawrence ; and that the said Eliza Roberts will be so
registered as such proprietor, unless caveat be lodged
at this office forbidding the same within one calendar
month from date of publication of this notice.

CHARLES MOODY, as registered Proprietor,
to register a certain dealing affecting Lease No. 142,
of Lots 78, 79, and 80, Township of Kilbirnie North;
and evidence having been tendered of loss of said
lease, and that same is not deposited as security for
any loan : Notice is hereby given that such dealing
will be registered, and the production of the said
lease dispensed with under section 97 of the said
Act, unless caveat be lodged on or before the 11th
day of April next.
