was, on the first day of January, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-nine, dissolved by mutual con-
sent; and that all debts due to or owing by the late
firm will be received and paid by the said HENRY
ORBELL, who will continue to carry on the business
on his own account.

Chalmers, do hereby give notice that I intend to
apply to the Registrar for the District of Dunedin,
on the 25th of March, to have my name placed on the
Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of
New Zealand, and that it is my intention to practise
in Port Chalmers; and, further, that I have deposited
my Diplomas, with a copy of this notice, in the
office of the said Registrar, in Dunedin, for public
inspection in compliance with the Medical Practi-
tioners' Registration Act.

N OTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by the undersigned, WRIGHT RUFFLER KING and
MAXIMILIAN DAY KING, under the style and firm
of "W. R. King and Son," at New Plymouth and
Hawera, has been dissolved by mutual consent as
from the date hereof.
The undersigned will henceforward carry on busi-
ness separately in their own names.
The receipt of either of them will be a sufficient
discharge for debts owing to the late firm.
