the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following names of Officiating Ministers
within the meaning of the said Act are published for
general information: —

EDWARD AUGUSTUS ATKYNS, of Melbourne, in the
Colony of Victoria, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court
of Victoria, to be a Commissioner of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, for the purpose of taking
any oath, affidavit, or affirmation; also for taking
acknowledgments of married women, under the
second and fourth sections of "The Commissioners
of the Supreme Court Act, 1875."
