IT is hereby notified that the Commissioners
appointed in pursuance of the seventy-fifth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," have reported to
His Excellency the Governor that the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be classified as pastoral
land, and the Governor has determined that the same
shall be disposed of as pastoral land upon deferred
payments, as provided by sections 76 to 85 inclusive
of "The Land Act, 1877."

XIV., BENGER DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement four thousand one
hundred and seventy-seven (4,177) acres, morë or
less, being part of Block XIV. on the map of the
Benger Survey District. Bounded towards the North
by Block X., Teviot District; towards the East and
South by the main road and a reserve; towards the
South by Pre-emptive Rights A and C, Run 369, by
Blocks I. and IV., Benger District, and Run 215;
towards the West by Run 368 and the Benger
Commonage: as the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the Survey Office, Dunedin.
