Company (Limited), held at their office, Mount
Somers, on 7th February, 1879, the following resolu-
tion was passed: "That this meeting is of opinion
that the affairs of the Ashburton Coal-Mining Com-
pany (Limited) have been fairly wound up."

the face of the advertisement.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom Post Office Money Orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued,
and, under any circumstances, are subject to a reduction at the
rate of one shilling in the pound.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL IN FUTURE BE INSERTED WITHOUT
PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
