District, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing
88 acres 2 roods, more or less. Bounded—North-
eastward by the North Rangitata River; and South-
eastward, South-westward, and North-westward by
Lots 28 and 27 of Reserve 1371 (in red): and num-
bered 2450 on the official map in the Survey Office,
Christchurch. For a ferry.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this seventeenth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.

of Auckland.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the pur-
poses in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers
and authorities vested in me by the said Act,
do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land
in the Provincial District of Auckland described in
the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in
the said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasurement
6 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Lot 67, Parish of
Te Mania, Aongatete Survey District, Provincial
District of Auckland. Bounded on the North-west
by a road, 1305 links; towards the North-east by a
road, 937 links; towards the South by Lot 59, 1448
links. As a site for a cemetery.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this seventeenth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.

temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands

by Section 11 of said block, 360 links; on the East
by Section 9 of said block, 142 links; on the South
by Ann Street, 360 links; and on the West by Elles
Road, 142 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. As a site for municipal buildings.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twentieth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-nine.

80 acres, more or less. Bounded—South-westward
by the River Rangitata; North-eastward by the top
of the Terrace South-eastward and North-westward
by parallel lines bearing 38° 20′ (true), and distant
from the Main South Road 23 chains and 40 chains
respectively and numbered 2445 (in red) on the
official map in the Survey Office, Christchurch. For
a ferry.

Fixing Sittings of Nelson District Court.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Sir
Hercules George Robert Robinson, Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint
that sittings of the Nelson District Court shall be
held as follows:-

In the Provincial Hall, Nelson, for criminal
business only, on the second Monday in
January, March, May, July, September, and
November in each year.

In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse, Nelson,
for civil business only, on the second and fourth
Monday in every month.

In the Courthouse, Blenheim, for criminal and
civil business, on the first Wednesday in every
month.
