LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each
case on or before the 6th day of January next.

EVERY MCLEAN.--Lot 6 of a subdivision into
lots of part of a block of land called or known by the
name of Okoroire, situated at Waikato, Cook's
County, containing 200 acres. In Applicant's occu-
pation. 1308.

MARY LINCOLN.-Lots 43, 44, 45, 46, and 54
of the subdivision into lots of parts of Allotments
12 and 13 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland,
containing 1 rood and 36 perches. In Applicant's
occupation. 1460.

WILLIAM ESDAILE THOMAS.-Part of Al-
lotments 12 and 13 of Section 2, Suburbs of Auck-
land, containing 1 rood and 19 perches. In Appli-
cant's occupation. 1492.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

MARIE HENRIETTE LOUISE OUTHWAITE,
CHARLES THOMAS OUTHWAITE,
Gentleman, and VICTORINE OUTHWAITE,
Spinster, all of Auckland, in the Provincial District
of Auckland, Trustees under the Will of THOMAS
OUTHWAITE, late of Auckland aforesaid, formerly
Registrar of the Supreme Court, deceased, having
made application to be registered as Proprietors in
all those parcels of land being Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9, 10, 12, 17, 19, 20, and 21 of the subdivision of
Allotment 7, and part of Allotment 5 of Section 2
of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being part of the
land included in certificate of title, Vol. xv., folio
102, of the Register-book: Notice is hereby given
that the Applicants will be registered accordingly,
unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this
office on or before the 6th day of January next.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER-
RACE.

To the Mining Registrar of the Otago Gold Fields
District, and all others whom it may concern.

TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race and divert water for all the pur-
poses contemplated in "The Mines Act, 1877," com-
mencing in Eight-Mile Creek, Mount Pisa, and
terminating at my homestead, the Mount Pisa Hotel,
Wanaka Road.

The intended course is across the flat from said
creek to said hotel, as marked by pegs.

The length of said race is about half a mile.

It is proposed to divert two sluice-heads of water.
The race is already constructed.

Greytown, has been made a County Road:-
The Greytown Bridge, the embankment between
the Greytown and Owhiro Bridges, the Owhiro
Bridge, and up to the railway line at Greytown.

between the undersigned, JAMES PARSONS and
JAMES HENDERSON, in the business of Machinists,
Engineers, and Brass Founders, Farriers and Black-
smiths, at Timaru, under the firm of "Parsons and
Henderson," was this day dissolved by mutual con-
sent, and in future the business will be carried on by
