words "The Zealandia Chemical Co.'s Extra Super-
fine Sperm Candles, sixteen ounces nett," and on
the left and right sides respectively a heart trans-
fixed by an arrow, and bearing the words, printed
over and through them on the left, "Zealandia
Chemical Co., Cumberland Street, Dunedin, Esta-
blished 1868," and on the right, "Unequalled for
hardness, melting point, and brilliancy."

Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.

Alterations and Additions to the Rates for the Con-
veyance, Delivery, and Storage of Goods, Parcels,
&c., on the New Zealand Railways.

IN accordance with section 18 of "The Public
Works Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1878," the
following alterations and concessions are made in
the scale of fares of passengers on the New Zealand
Railways: -

NEW PLYMOUTH SECTION.

On the occasion of the Agricultural Show at New
Plymouth on the 3rd December, 1879, single tickets
issued from all stations to New Plymouth will be
available for the return journey on the day of issue
only.
