In re "The Public Payments without Probate Act,
1869."

ALFRED SEARLE, late of Kawakawa, Auckland,
Surveyor, deceased.

UNDER the provision of "The Public Payments
without Probate Act, 1869," and the regula-
tions made thereunder published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 1870, page 212, the Colonial Treasurer
intends to make a payment of money due to the
above-named deceased to persons not being his legal
representatives. All persons objecting to such pay-
ment being made must give notice to the Colonial
Treasurer, at Wellington, within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice,
when their objections will be considered.

lease of the said ground had ever been applied for: ---
