Officer appointed to certify under the Forest Trees
Planting Encouragement Act.
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
IN pursuance of the eighth clause of the regulations
under "The Forest Trees Planting Encourage-
ment Act, 1871," made by Order in Council of the
first day of February, one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-seven, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, do hereby appoint
CHARLETON HOLLIS JAMES HILL
to ascertain and certify as to the fulfilment of the
conditions of the said regulations by persons claiming
land under the said Act within the Land District of
Auckland.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this third day of November,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.
