LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM HAD-
SATHERLY, claiming as Devisees under the Will
of THOMAS HEATH, the elder, late of Motueka,
Farmer, deceased, have applied to be registered as
Proprietors of Rural Sections 250 and 252, Motueka
District, comprised in certificate of title, Vol. i.c,
folio 120; and that they will be so registered, unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged on or before
the 8th day of December next.
