THE Partnership hitherto existing between the
undersigned, carrying on business as Auc-
tioneers and General Merchants, has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent. All debts will be paid
and accounts received by the undersigned John
Wilson, whose receipt will be sufficient.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION DECLARING COMPANY FAIRLY
WOUND-UP.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
Christchurch Sun Newspaper Company (Limited),
held at the office of the said Company, situate in
Gloucester Street, in the City of Christchurch, at the
hour of 3 o'clock in the afternoon, pursuant to notice
in that behalf duly gazetted in the New Zealand
Gazette and in the Lyttelton Times newspaper, pub-
lished in Christchurch aforesaid, a resolution was
duly passed in the words following, namely:----
"That this meeting, having considered the accounts
submitted to it by the Liquidator, is of opinion that
the affairs of the Company have been fairly wound-
up."

Mr. Henry Elliot, Fort Street, on Thursday, 14th
November, 1878, at 3 p.m.
Business: To consider the winding-up actions and
accounts of the Liquidator, and, if approved, to pass
a resolution that the affairs of the Company have
been fairly wound-up, so that the said Company may
be declared dissolved.
