THE TIPPERARY NO. 1 SOUTH GOLD-MINING
COMPANY (LIMITED).
I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Tipperary No. 1 South Gold-
Mining Company as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

The name of the Company is to be the Tipperary No. 1
South Gold-Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of operations is at Tipperary Gully, near Mace-
town, Arrow River, Lake County, New Zealand. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated in
Buckingham Street, Arrowtown. -
The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand
pounds, in twenty thousand shares of six shillings each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
the Company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount already paid up has been estimated by the
Company to be two thousand pounds. -
The name of the Manager is Luke Hugarth Preston, who
resides at Arrowtown. -
The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
follow:-

General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."
