TAWAROA AND KUHAWAEA.
All that parcel of land in the Bay of Plenty District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
estimation 30,000 acres, known by the name of
Tawaroa and Kuhawaea. Bounded on the East by
the Rangitaiki River from Te Raepohatu to the
mouth of the Whirinaki; thence on the South by the
Whirinaki to Te Hinau; thence on the East by a line
running to the upper portion of Mangahouhi; thence
on the North by a line to the first point. This block
has not passed the Native Land Court.

WHAKAPAUPAKIHI.
All that parcel of land in the Bay of Plenty District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
estimation 20,000 acres or thereabouts. Boundaries
commence at Kaitaura and follow the course of the
Motu River to the mouth of the Whakapaupakihi
River, following up its source to Motutohora; thence
into the Pakihi River, following its source till it
reaches Te Rewa; thence turning to Kaitaura, the
starting point. This block has not passed the Native
Land Court.

PARARIKI AND PARAHEKA.
All that parcel of land in the Poverty Bay District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 20,570 acres or thereabouts, known
by the name of Parariki and Paraheka. Bounded on
the North by the Tauwhareparae Block; on the East
by the Ngatawakawaka, Matatuotonga, Puremunga-
hua, and Arakihi Blocks; on the South by the Wai-
ngaromia No. 1 Block; and on the West by the
Waingaromia River, the Mangatuamaru Stream to
Tutamoe, and by a line extending from Tutamoe
to the boundaries of the Tauwhauparae Block: as
delineated on a plan deposited in the Survey Office,
Gisborne.

TAUANUI.
All that parcel of land in the Poverty Bay District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
estimation 1,000 acres or thereabouts, known by the
name of Tauanui. Boundaries: Commencing at the
mouth of the Whareone River and following its
source to Poito, thence to Tipona-a-Tamawhaki,
thence to Teasdale's line, thence to Tauanui, thence
reaching Te Mata and meeting again at the mouth
of the Whareone River. This block has not passed
the Native Land Court.

MANGATU MATAWAI.
All that parcel of land in the Poverty Bay District,
containing by estimation 46,000 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Mangatu Matawai. Boun-
daries: Commencing at the mouth of the Waikaka-
riki River, thence to Huakarangu, thence into the
Mangatu River, following its course to the mouth of
the Mangatahu River, and following the course of
that river to Matawai; thence ascending Otukopua
and descending to the Waitangirua Stream, following
that stream till it reaches Motu; thence turning in a

northerly direction and following the course of the
Motu River to Peketutu, thence to Te Puku, thence
turning to Maungawaru, thence turning in the
direction of Tawhiti Mountain and continuing on and
falling into the Wereroa River, following that river
to the Waipaoa Stream, and following that stream
to the mouth of the Waikakariki River, the com-
mencing point. This block has not passed the Native
Land Court.

AORANGIWAI No. 1.
All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty Bay
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 1,856 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Aorangiwai No. 1. Bounded
on the North by the Motupotaka Stream, the Aorangi
Block, the Kurutuawhiti Stream, and surveyed lines
separating Native land; thence on the East by the
Aorangiwai Stream; thence on the South by the
Aorangiwai Stream and Aorangiwai Block; thence
on the West by surveyed lines separating Native
land to the starting point: as delineated on a plan
deposited in the Survey Office, Gisborne. This block
has passed the Native Land Court.

ROTOKAUTUKU.
All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty Bay
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 5,393 acres or thereabouts,
known by the name of Rotokautuku. Bounded on
the North by the Mangaporo Stream and surveyed
lines separating Native land; thence on the East by
the Mata River; thence on the South by the Mata
River; thence on the West by surveyed lines sepa-
rating Native land to the starting point: as delineated
on a plan deposited in the Survey Office, Gisborne.
This block has passed the Native Land Court.

ROTOKAKARANGU.
All that parcel of land in the Mohaka District,
part in the Provincial District of Auckland and part
in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing
by admeasurement 19,792 acres, more or less, known
by the name of Rotokakarangu. Bounded on the West
by Te Hoe Stream from its junction with the Mohaka
River to Whakamarino Stream; thence on the North-
west by Native land to Te Rata Trig. Station (No.
126), 46517 links; 33; on the North and North-east by
Putere Block to Whareraurakau Block, 18417 links
and 30504 links respectively; on the East by Whare-
raurakau Block; and on the South by the Mohaka
River to the mouth of Te Hoe Stream. This block
has passed the Native Land Court.

WITINUI.
All that parcel of land in the Ngatimaru District,
in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by
admeasurement 2,080 acres or thereabouts, known by
the name of Witinui. Bounded by the Mangaotuku
Block from a point on the Mangaehu Stream about
a quarter of a mile south of its junction with the
Mangaotuku to Waitiri, thence in a south and
westerly direction by a leading range to Tauwhau-
nikau on the Mangaehu, and thence in a northerly
direction by the same stream to the Mangaotuku
Block: as delineated on a plan deposited in the
Survey Office, New Plymouth. This block has not
passed the Native Land Court.

MANGAERE.
All that parcel of land in the Ngatimaru District,
in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by
admeasurement 6,250 acres or thereabouts, known
by the name of Mangaere. Bounded by an irregular
line from Te Wera to Ngarongotuatini, thence to
Turakirai, thence to Ruatiti, thence again to Nga-
rongotuatini; thence by the Mangaotuku Block,
through Nukutaurau, Putere Horopokeka, Ngata-
