At the Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-third day of July, 1878.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and autho-
rity vested in him by the three hundred and
fiftieth section of "The Municipal Corporations Act,
1876," and upon the request of the Borough of
Roxburgh, His Excellency the Governor, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste
lands of the Provincial District of Otago, for the
purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of
the Borough of Roxburgh.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement one thousand
three hundred and fifty (1,350) acres and twenty-four
(24) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered
respectively eight (8), nine (9), ten (10), eleven (11),
thirteen (13), and sixteen (16), Block seventeen
(XVII.), Crookston Survey District. Bounded
towards the North by Section 1, Block VI.; towards
the East by Sections 20 and 21, Block IV.; towards
the South by Section 12, Block XVII.; again towards
the East by Sections 12 and 17; again towards the
South by a road line; towards the West by Section
3, Block XIII., and Section 14, Block XVII.; towards
the North by a road line; again towards the West
by a road line; again towards the South by Sections
7, 6, 5, and 4; and again towards the West by Section
1, Block VI.

Section No. 8, Block V., of said district; and towards
the West by a road line.

the Borough of West Harbour.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement five hundred (500)
acres, more or less, being Section four, (4), Block five
(V.), and Section five (5), Block two (II.), Waipori
Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by
a road line; towards the South by Section 5, Block
V.; and towards the West by Section 3, Block
V., and Section 4, Block II.

the Borough of Queenstown.

and sixteen (516) acres two (2) roods and seven-
teen (17) poles, more or less, being Sections numbered
respectively one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4),
