Otago, containing by admeasurement one thousand
one hundred and fifty (1,150) acres, more or less,
situate in the Shotover District. Bounded towards
the North-west and North by Bush Creek; towards
the East by Sections numbered 16 and 8, Block
XVIII., Shotover Survey District; towards the
South by Sections numbered 11, Block XVIII.,
Shotover Survey District, Sections numbered 21,
14, 13, a road line, Sections numbered 15 and 13,
Block XVII., Shotover Survey District, and part of
Block VI., said district; towards the South-west by
a branch of Haye's Creek; and towards the North-
west by a right line bearing N. 45° E. from said
creek to Bush Creek.

posed as an endowment for the Town of Invercargill,

and forty-three (7143) links; on the South by a road
line, four thousand two hundred (4200) links; and
on the West by lands proposed as endowments for
South Invercargill and East Invercargill, seven thou-
sand one hundred and forty-three (7143) links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less.

rity vested in him by the three hundred and
fiftieth section of "The Municipal Corporations Act,
1876," and upon the request of the Borough of
Auckland, His Excellency the Governor, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste
lands of the Provincial District of Auckland, for the
purpose of granting the same to the Corporation of
the Borough of Auckland.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasurement
one thousand five hundred (1,500) acres, more or
less, and being Section 1, Block V., Punakitere
Survey District. Bounded on the North by the
Otaua Stream, by Village Reserve, and by the Puna-
kitere River, eleven thousand nine hundred and
eighty (11980) links; on the East by Section 2 of
aforesaid Block V., and the production of that boun-
dary to its intersection with the Ohaereiti Stream,
sixteen thousand (16000) links; on the South by the
aforesaid Ohaereiti Stream and lines, nine thousand
and seventy (9070) links; and on the West by the
Waoku Survey District, seventeen thousand five
hundred and fifty (17550) links: excepting the por-
tions set apart for Native Reserves.

east by Section numbered 10 and a road line;
again towards the North by Section numbered 10;

bered 1 and 2, same district; towards the South by
