for the Governor in Council, if he think fit, to order
that such hereditaments, or any part thereof or
interest therein as shall to the Governor in Council
be shown to belong to such infant, lunatic, or other
person under legal disability, shall be vested in
trustees, as the Governor in Council shall think fit:
And whereas by virtue of a certificate of title
bearing date the seventh day of June, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-one, the parcel of land
and hereditaments described in the Schedule hereto
became vested in Eruera te Ngahue and others, of
the District of Hauraki, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, aboriginal natives of New Zealand :
And whereas the said Eruera te Ngahue died
intestate, and a succession order was made by the
Court in favour of Mata (Pare) te Ngahue, Wiki-
toria te Ngahue, and Hiria te Ngahue, and whereas
the said Mata (Pare) te Ngahue recently died in-
testate:
And whereas at a sitting of the Native Land Court
held at Coromandel, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, on the twenty-second day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, Wikitoria te
Ngahue claimed to succeed to the said Mata (Pare)
te Ngahue in the parcel of land described in the said
Schedule, and it was ordered by the said Court that
Wikitoria te Ngahue and Hiria te Ngahue, infants
under the age of twenty-one years, should succeed
to the interest and share of the said Mata (Pare) te
Ngahue in the hereditaments aforesaid; and it is
expedient that Edward Walter Puckey, Esq., and
Miriama te Ngahue be appointed trustees under the
said Act, on behalf of the said Wikitoria te Ngahue
and Hiria te Ngahue:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of
New Zealand, with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the colony, in exercise and
in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested
in him by the said Act, doth hereby order that the
interest and share of the said Wikitoria te Ngahue
and Hiria te Ngahue in the land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and remain vested in
EDWARD WALTER PUCKEY, Esq., and
MIRIAMA TE NGAHUE,
as Trustees, within the meaning and for the pur-
poses of the said Act, for the said Wikitoria te
Ngahue and Hiria te Ngahue during their minority.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing
by admeasurement forty-seven acres, more or less,
situate at Coromandel, in the District of Thames,
being called or known by the name of Tutaemahia
No. 1. Bounded towards the North-east by the
Coromandel Harbour; towards the East by the
Awhaiti Creek; towards the South by the said creek
and a line, twelve hundred and four (1204) links;
and towards the North-west by the Tutaemahia No.
2 Block, three thousand one hundred (3100) links.

W HEREAS by "The Maori Real Estate Manage-
ment Act, 1867" (hereinafter called "the said
Act"), it is enacted that, if any title to or interest in
any hereditaments shall accrue to any Maoris, who
or any of whom shall be infants, lunatics, or under
legal disability, it shall be lawful for the Governor
in Council, if he think fit, to order that such here-
ditaments, or any part thereof or interest therein as
shall to the Governor in Council be shown to belong
to such infant, or lunatic, or other person under legal
disability, shall be vested in trustees, as the Governor
in Council shall think fit:

and Hiria te Ngahue, infants under the age of
twenty-one years, should succeed to the interest and
share of the said Eruera te Ngahue in the heredita-
ments aforesaid; and it is expedient that Edward
Walter Puckey, Esquire, and Miriama te Ngahue be
appointed trustees under the said Act, on behalf of
