the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Corby's Mate Gold-Mining Com-
pany (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Corby's Mate
    Gold-Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at the Coromandel Gold
    Fields, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony
    of New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    5, Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand
    pounds, in eight thousand shares of ten shillings each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is eight thousand,
    being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is nil.
  8. The name of the Manager is John Richard Randerson.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-

NOTICE is hereby given that the Copartnership
lately carried on at Christchurch and Riccarton,
by GEORGE BULL, GEORGE EDMONDS, and WILLIAM
GAISFORD, as Butchers, under the style or firm of
"Bull and Company," has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the 16th day of May now last past.
Notice is further given that the branches of the
said business hitherto carried on in Colombo Street,
Christchurch, and at Riccarton, will in future be
carried on by William Gaisford on his own account,
and that the said William Gaisford is empowered to
receive and pay all debts due to and by the said
branches of the said business.
And notice is further given that the branch of the
said business hitherto carried on in Cashel Street,
Christchurch, will in future be carried on by the said
George Bull and George Edmonds on their own
account, under the style or firm of "Bull and Com-
pany."
