DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
WE, the undersigned, ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP,
FREDERICK NOBLE CAMPBELL, and ROBERT
LAERY, hereby give notice that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between us has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to the
late firm must be paid to Messrs. F. Noble Camp-
bell and Robert Laery, whose receipt alone will be a
sufficient discharge, and by whom the business will
in future be carried on, and all past partnership lia-
bilities discharged.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
lately existing between the undersigned, as
Merchants, at Wellington, under the style of "Levin
and Company," has expired by effluxion of time. The
business will be carried on as heretofore, under the
style of Levin and Company, by the undersigned,
WILLIAM HORT LEVIN, to whom all debts due to the
Partnership are to be paid, and by whom all debts
and obligations of the Partnership will be paid and
performed.
