N OTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Court advertised to be held at Napier, Hawke's Bay, on
the 28th instant, for the trying of the issues contained in the reference from the Supreme Court
with respect to the Mangateretere West Block, is postponed to the 18th proximo.
