NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month after the gazetting of this
notice.
JOHN HENRY SMITH.—Parts of Sections 1
and 2, of Block II., Town of Invercargill, commenc-
ing at the N.W. corner of Section 1, and forming a
rectangular block, with a frontage of 58 feet on Dee
Street and a depth of 103 feet on Esk Street. Ocси-
pied by the National Bank of New Zealand (Limited),
George Trew, Henry Reed, and William Lewis.
No. 1078. Also parts of Sections 16 and 17, of
Block I., Town of Invercargill, commencing at a
point distant 8 feet southerly from the N.E. corner
of Section 18, and forming a rectangular block, with
a frontage of 70 feet to Dee Street and running back
